I am very pleased to announce that my album "Hedgehogs & Elephants" now is available!



It contains twelve tunes, eleven of which are lap steel based, many spiced up by great guest musicians on percussion, double bass, accordion, fiddle, steel drum and more. Recorded deep down underground in the heart of Stockholm, in a Moroccan-style hut in a Lewes garden, on the edge of my bed, out in the lush Sussex countryside and onboard a German train; mixed in summery suburban Stockholm and mastered deep inside the forest up in the hills of Santa Cruz, California - now it's all condensed into a little shiny disc, resting in a nice digipack sleeve, anxious for you to have a listen!

I will go to the post office at lunchtime today, so orders received before 15h00 will be shipped before the weekend. So if you want to buy the CD and receive it as soon as possible, now is the time.

Great musical ambiance.
Too much "whispered" from times to times, need to push the volume in the car.
But globally a great CD.
You should try to contact the manager of the "Esperanzah" festival in Belgium.

I made a conscious artistic decision NOT to compress the recordings too much in the mastering process. Many albums these days are compressed a lot to always sound loud in all environments. I wanted to keep the natural dynamics of the music (if someone speaks quietly to you in the car, or plays you a song softly, you will not hear them so well either ).

I gave it a listening for several days and the more I listen to it the more I like it. The first song is a real gem you two voices are getting beautifully together !

I began to listen to it, tonight, in my car. That's a very professional work. I like it, but i want to listen to it with a earphone to really take advantage of this CD. You have your own sound!
